Ingredients
Meatballs
500g Pork Mince
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon minced ginger
2 tsps minced Garlic
3 sliced Shallots
Sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Plum sauce
2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
Instructions
Combine all meatball ingredients well. Roll into small meatballs.
Spray slow cooker bowl lightly with non stick cooking spray and place meatballs in.
In another bowl combine sauces and pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on low until meatballs are cooked through, 3 - 5 hours.
*note* To ensure meatballs stay well formed do not stir or move them around at all until towards the end of cooking time when they are well sealed
Serve with fried rice and Asian greens, or with mashed potato and vegetables, or great on subs too!
