Asian Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
 

Meatballs

  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tsps minced Garlic
  • 3 sliced Shallots

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Plum sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine all meatball ingredients well. Roll into small meatballs.
  • Spray slow cooker bowl lightly with non stick cooking spray and place meatballs in.
  • In another bowl combine sauces and pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on low until meatballs are cooked through, 3 - 5 hours.
  • *note* To ensure meatballs stay well formed do not stir or move them around at all until towards the end of cooking time when they are well sealed
  • Serve with fried rice and Asian greens, or with mashed potato and vegetables, or great on subs too!
