Meatloaf
500grams Minced Beef
1 Egg
1 Small Onion (Diced)
Salt & Pepper
500grams Sausage Meat
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
squirt of tomato sauce
Mix altogether and shape into a loaf and put in slow cooker.
In a saucepan melt 50g butter, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup worcester sauce, 2 dessertspoons vinegar
Cook until butter melts
Pour over meatloaf
Cook on High for 5 hours 30 minutes
Nice cold in sandwiches too

Yes there is coffee in it, its only 1 teaspoon and you cant taste it as coffee - its just gives flavour to the sauce
Its Meatloaf - you can try different minces, some people do without the sausage meat - it should all still work fine, this is just the recipe I was given.
