Easy Slow Cooker Hangi
Line your Slow Cooker with tin foil (enough overhanging at the top to fold over the food)
Put chopped cabbage on the bottom
Next Layer Veges - we used potato, kumera & pumpkin in this one
Then your meat (we used Chicken Thighs and Mutton Chops)
Stuffing Mixture on top
Cover the tin foil over and put lid on
Cook for 6 - 8 hours on low
No water added in the bottom, it will steam itself and the meat juices baste the vegetables
No tea towel needed under the lid
I make this all the time and have never had a fail.
