Ingredients
Dough
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup of Greek yoghurt
Filling
Tomato paste
Mixed herbs
Garlic
Bacon
Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix flour & yoghurt together to make dough.
Roll out dough big enough to cut to make 12 pockets.
Spoon filling in middle & fold up, to make like parcel style.
Line slow cooker with baking paper & put 6 in cooker.
(I have 2 cookers, so both going with 6 in each)
Cook on high for 1 hour 45 mins
Turn over for last 15-20 minutes to brown both sides
