2 x 410g cans of Ardmona crushed tomatoes and paste with basil and garlic
2 x small onions diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp beef stock powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
1/3 cup bbq sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker bowl.
Cook on low for 8hrs.
Cook spaghetti separately in boiling water and serve with bolognaise sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
No need to pre brown the meat - though some prefer to do so - I prefer to use lean mince and skim any additional fat that rises to the top prior to stirring/serving :)
