Ingredients
Fresh Potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic
500mls vegetable stock
500mls chicken stock
1 cup of water
Sprinkle of ground ginger
Instructions
Cut up all your vegetables
Place garlic onion celery in a large pan to soften and release flavor
Then add all other vegetables
Sprinkle with ground ginger and heat thru
Add stock and water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes
Take off stove and place in slow cooker
Set cooker to LOW, and cook for 7 hours
