Ingredients
1 x packet of 'stand and stuff ' old el paso brand soft tacos
2 x eggs per taco 'boat' plus a dash of milk
chopped spinach
grated cheese
chopped tomato
diced and cooked bacon
shallots
mushrooms
fetta
whatever vegetables your family prefers
Instructions
open pack of taco shells
turn slow cooker onto high
spray with olive oil spray
line with baking paper
in a jug or bowl mix eggs and milk ( 2 eggs per boat and milk to suit as per personal preferences)
chop ingredients to personal preference ( chunky or fine ect )
add the 'dry' ingredients to the boats
then pour the egg/milk mixture over the boats
Place into slow cooker
DO NOT USE A TEA TOWEL - No need to what so ever.
Check every 30 mins, these will be ready when they spring back when pressed.
