Ingredients
8 eggs.
4 bacon rashes
2 tomatoes
2 sheets puff pastry
hand full grated tasty cheese
dusting of Parmesan cheese
pepper and salt to tast
Instructions
spray and line your slow cooker with baking paper
place a sheet of puff pastry on the bottom of the cooker
cut and layer tomato over bottom sheet of pastry pepper sprinkle with salt and pepper
layer bacon over tomato
crack 6 eggs spread out over the bacon
whisk 2 eggs and poor over the top to fill in gaps
place the top layer of pastry over the filling pressing down so it roughly joins the bottom sheet of pastry (don't need to be overly fussy)
place the lid on with a tea towel under the lid
put on high for approx 3 hours ( each slow cooker is different so settings and times may vary)
