Ingredients
500g sausages (thick or thin)
1 large onion diced
4 potatos, cubed
3 carrots, sliced into chunks
1 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon curry powder (or extra to taste)
3 cups beef stock
2 tablespoons cornflour
Instructions
Place sausages in slow cooker. I put mine in raw but for those who prefer you can pre boil them to remove skins.
Add vegetables, curry powder and stock.
Cook on low for 6-8hrs.
Prior to serving thicken with cornflour and a little water if required.
I like to slice my sausages up then return them to the pot for serving :)
