Ingredients
Bun Dough
2 cups self raising flour
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 cup of cream
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Bun Glaze
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. boiling water
Icing
1 cup Icing sugar
2 tbsp. Soft butter/marg
1 tbsp. warm water
1 tsp Strawberry essence
1 drop Pink food colouring
Coconut
100's & 1000's
Instructions
Make dough
Combine ingredients to make your dough.
Roll into ball
Cut into 8 pieces
Roll each piece into ball
Roll out like sausage & flatten just a little to make into finger bun.
Put in lined slow cooker on high for 1 & 1/2 hours.
Tea Towel under lid.
Take out when finished, let cool
Put glaze on top
Ice & decorate
