Ingredients
1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets
200g diced bacon
100g sun dried tomato (in vinegar - patted dry)
1 x 250g block of Light Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tsp. minced garlic
1x 400g pouch of Taylor's Asparagus & Spinach Soup
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients into slow cooker
No need to pre brown or seal first
Cook on HIGH for 2hrs then LOW for 3-4hrs
Sauce didn't need any thickening as it was lovely and thick and creamy :)
Serve on pasta or with creamy mashed potato and steamed vegetables
