Healthy banana, zucchini and date loaf

Ingredients
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp of vanilla
1 grated zucchini
Mix altogether
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of plain flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
(1/2-1 cup of chopped fruit or nuts I used dates)
Instructions
Mix altogether with wet ingredients ,
If mixture seems to dry add in some soy milk (or normal cows milk if you'd prefer) or some olive oil.
Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under lid
