Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup apricot jam (I used sugar-free)
1 cup Russian dressing
1 packet dry onion soup mix (optional)
Instructions
Mix ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
5-6 hours on low per my WestBend 6 quart sc (6L for those outside USA)
Cook and VOILA dinner is served!!!
Weight Watcher Points Plus are 7PP per thigh
If you do not have the dry onion soup mix you can just add onions or use this site's link to make your own
