Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, sugar and fruit in mixing bowl
Melt butter, honey and syrup together in saucepan on stove over low heat, stirring occasionally until combined
Pour syrup mix into dry mix and combine until mix clumps together
Line slow cooker bowl with non stick baking paper and pour mix into slow cooker and press down flat like muesli bar thickness (we used a 7L slow cooker)
Place teatowel under lid to cook.
Cook for 1.5hrs on low then lift out with baking paper and allow to cool on bench for half hour before slicing.
Store in air-tight container and wrap individually as needed for lunchboxes etc.
Suitable for freezing.
