Ingredients
1 large silverside
water ( to just cover)
1 cup brown vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2 bay leaves
2 carrots cut in half no peeling required
1 onion halfed no peeling required
2 tblspoons garlic
rosemary
thyme
Instructions
Add all to slow cooker make sure water just covers roast
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Serve sliced with your favourite veges like cabbage with bacon, mashed potatoe and vegetables with a cheese sauce
