Ingredients
1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 clove minced garlic
Cracked black pepper
Instructions
Place chicken thigh fillets directly into slow cooker bowl
Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken and stir to combine
Cook on low for 4-6hrs depending on your slow cooker
Served in this picture with mixed veg and Hasselback Potatoes
