Ingredients
Puff pastry
Rich beef casserole slow Cooker recipe base
Beef (how ever much you need - I used 400g)
1 onion
3 rashers of bacon
6 small mushrooms
1 beef oxo cube
1 table spoon of worshire sauce
Cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place 1 onion, beef, recipe base, oxo cube, bacon, mushroom, worshire sauce and salt & pepper and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
Thicken juice if necessary with corn flour in a separate cup then re add back into slow cooker
Cut puff pastry to size and place in pie cooker or pie dish
Place slow cooker filling into pie and place grated cheese on top of the filling
Place the lids on the pies and cook until golden and crispy
Serve with tomato sauce or sauce of your liking and ENJOY
