Marinate 2 chicken breasts overnight
Cook rice for 10minutes on high in the microwave ,rice will be 3/4 cooked ,,place on a tray lined with baking paper to cool ,add a dash of turmeric powder and mix in with rice
Fry chicken breasts in the frypan, then slice thinly, put all ingredients in the slow cooker on low no tea towel, for 2 hrs
