Ingredients
 

  • 4 washed/peeled potatoes
  • Virginian shaved ham
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Garlic butter
  • Spring onions
  • Grated cheese
  • Baking paper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel potatoes
  • Cut slots in them about 3/4 way through
  • Add ham and sundried tomatoes in each of the cut slots
  • Once slots are filled with ingredients put a bit of garlic butter over outside of potatoes and sprinkle with spring onions. Put potatoes into slow cooker lined with baking paper , cook on low for 6 hours
