Ingredients
5 mangos, chopped
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
Cloves
Curry
Mixed spice
1/2 cup raisins
Mustard
1 cup sugar
400 ml vinegar
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Instructions
Prepare all ingredients, place in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
Allow to cool completely and place in air tight jars.
