Pork rashers (I used 3 packs from woolies about 9 in a pack)
1/2 cup of plum jam
2 chicken stock cubes
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Corn flour to thicken
Instructions
Place the pork rashers in the slow cooker.
Combine all ingredients and pour over the pork. (The pork releases a lot of its own juices making it really liquidy so half way through I placed pork on a tray while I emptied the juice in the saucepan and thickened up with cornflour on the stove and added a little bit more plum jam and brown sugar) popped it all back in the slow cooker. Cooked on high for 4 hours and low for 2.
