Ingredients
2kg beef ribs
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup horseradish cream
1 tsp tobasco sauce
Instructions
Season ribs with salt & pepper.
I sear my ribs first in a hot oven (250C) for 30 mins, but this can be omitted.
Place all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place ribs in slow cooker and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.
