Ingredients
6 potatoes
8 pieces of shortcut bacon
1 avocado
1 teaspoon garlic butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
A little cream
Sour cream to finish
Instructions
Cut slits into the potatoes and fill with bacon and avocado.
Place potatoes into the slow cooker and drizzle melted garlic butter and cream over.
Put lid on with a tea towel underneath to stop excess moisture.
Once cooked add a little sour cream and enjoy!
