Ingredients
white choc 420 g
1 can of condensed milk
butter 15g
1/2 a bag of candy melts red or red food gel ( to your likeness )
1 to 2 tbs. of cocoa powder
white choc 20g
Instructions
Put 420g of white choc, condensed milk, candy melts and butter in the SC for approximately 1hr, stirring every 10 to 15 min
Last 15 min stir in cocoa powder well
Pour into a greased tin
Melt the last of the white choc in the microwave for decoration
Drizzle on top of the fudge the swirl
Let cool then put in the fridge to set
