Ingredients
400gm of Bacon
3 Eggs
1/4 of an onion
Five cherry tomatoes
Handful of grated cheese
Four hash Browns
Instructions
Crack eggs into a bowl whisk, add cut up tomato and onion. Roughly dice one rasher of bacon and add this to the egg mixture.
Weave your left over bacon.
Place bacon waeve in your slow cooker, crumble two hash browns over the bacon.
Place egg mixture over bacon and hash browns, crumble remaining hash browns on top with a handful of tasty cheese.
Cook for 2hrs on low
