1 pack of chicken noodle soup with 2 cups of water
4 cloves of garlic
1 grated carrot
1 tablespoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 chilli seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 cups bok choy
400g Singapore noodles
1 cup of spinach
Instructions
Place your chicken breast in the slow cooker and add your diced onion, mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, grated carrot and chilli. Now add 4 cups of chicken stock,
1 pack of chicken noodle soup (mixed in 2 cups of water), ginger, soy sauce and brown sugar to the mix.
Once it has been cooking for 3.5 hours on low shred the chicken breast and add the mini dim sims.
In the last 5 minutes add the bok choy, noodles and spinach.
