Ingredients
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground cumin
3 large onions
4 garlic cloves
4 skinless chicken breasts
50 ml chicken stock
400 ml passata
2 tbsp tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add tsp of oil to frying pan and heat till smoking.
Add all the spices and fry for 30 seconds.
Add onion and diced chicken and brown off.
Transfer to the slow cooker and add the stock, tomato puree and passata then leave on low for 6-8 hours
