Fry bacon, mushrooms and garlic in a fry pan and set aside
Add chicken breasts to slow cooker, no browning needed
Pour over honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable broth
Add sliced onion, sprinkle with parsley
Cook for 3 hours 50 minutes on low
When 30 minutes is left of cooking time, take chicken out and shred it then put back in sauce add mushrooms, bacon and garlic and stir
Cook last 10-15 minutes turn on high and add cornflour/water mix and cook with lid off until sauce thickens
