Ingredients
I kg of chicken thighs
1 onion
I cup of water added with one teaspoon of chicken stock powder
1 cup of Sweet Chilli Sauce
Flour to dust the chicken in
Instructions
Warm the SC
Slice the chicken fillet in to cubes
Flour the chicken and then fry it, not all the way through. Just fry the coating(flour of the chicken)
Slice the onion very thinly and fry the onion in the oil that is leftover in the pan, The flour will thicken the chicken in the SC
Place the chicken in the SC and add the onion on top
Add water to a measuring mug and add stock and the Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cook for about 4 hours on low
Stir it after 2 hours
Served on rice with vegetables of your choice
You can add more or less of the Sweet Chilli Sauce. I used one cup and that was spicy enough.
