340 gram pkt cake mix
160ml (2/3 cup) fruit juice of choice

Instructions

Combine ingredients well in mixing bowl
Pour into lightly greased silicone loaf tin
Place silicone tin into slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1.5 - 2hrs
