Combine cocoa , nutella , sugar and hot water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add milk and transfer to slow cooker.

Cook on high 2 hours until hot .

Leave on low and drink when you want.

Pour into mason jars and top with whipped cream and sprinkles or marshmallows.
