Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks - 1 per person
Italian sausages - 1 per person
600g button mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tblspn tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
Pinch sea salt
2 tblspns cornflour
200 grams grape tomatoes
Instructions
Place drumsticks and sausages in slow cooker bowl alternating drumstick, sausage.
Sprinkle garlic, salt and oregano over meat, add mushrooms on top.
Combine stock, vinegar, tomato paste and cornflour in jug.
Pour into slow cooker bowl.
Cook for 5hrs on high (Contempo 5.5L sc)
Serve with pasta.
Cut tomatoes in half and scatter over top.
