Ingredients
500g gravy beef cut to size
500g beef mince
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (nothing added)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbls gravy powder (dry)
2 tbls tomato paste
1 beef stock cube (dry)
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
10 mushrooms sliced
Puff pastry for lid
Shortcrust pastry for base
CHEESE OPTIONAL
Instructions
Brown Steak
Brown mince
Set mince aside, put in fridge.
Add all ingredients (except mince) into SC and stir
Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
Add mince and stir through, (a little extra water may be needed)
Heat oven to 180
Spray pie dish with oil
Line with shortcrust
Add filling (cheese now if wanted)
Add lid
Bake until pastry is golden
