Remove netting from pork, using a sharp knife to remove fat (set aside for crackling if desired)
Lightly spray cooker bowl with cooking spray.
Cover base with onion rings
Place pork in the bowl.
Smear pork with minced garlic
Pour cola over pork
Pour approx 450ml of sauce (keeping 50ml in reserve) over pork
Cook on Low for around 7-9 hours. Pork is ready when it breaks up under gentle pressure.
Carefully transfer pork into a bowl and shred with two forks.
Ladle, or tip out, all but approx 2cm (1/4inch) of the liquid remaining in the slow cooker bowl.
Return pork to slow cooker and add 50ml of Honey BBQ sauce kept in reserve. Stir.
Cook on low for a further half hour.
Serve with bread rolls, coleslaw and potatoes wedges.
