Ingredients
1 Lamb Shank (medium to large)
1 Bacon Bone ( large)
2 Large Carrots
2 Large Celery Sticks
2 large potatoes
1 Large Sweet Potato
1 Large Brown Onion
2 tablespoons of mix herbs
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
70 grams of tomato paste ( optional )
4 cups of chicken stock
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of soup mix
Instructions
Chop up all veggies up and place in slow cooker.
Add garlic, mixed herds & tomato paste on top
Pour over chicken stock & water, give it a mix through
Add bacon bone & lamb shank and cook on high for 2 hours then turn down on low for 4 to 6 hours.. the last 2 hours I add the soup mix to cook.
When cooked take out the meat and take meat off the bone and cut up and put back in the soup
Serve with Crispy bread or buns. Enjoy :)
