1/2 cup green tomato relish (I use Masterfoods jar)
150g diced bacon
1 cup tasty cheese grated
Instructions
Combine flour and yoghurt and mixto a dough consistency
Turn out onto a floured surface and kneed briefly then roll out to a flat square (1-1.5cm thick depending on how you like your scrolls)
If you don't have a rolling pin to do so just flour a clean sauce bottle and use that like I did - of course don't push down too hard on a glass bottle
When scroll is rolled out to a square of desired flatness start adding toppings
I used lashings of green tomato relish, then bacon, then 2/3 of the grated cheese
Roll the sheet up into one large log then use a sharp knife to cutthis log in slices around 2cm thick
Lay slices flat onto a sheet of baking paper in slow cooker
