Pulled pork with gravy

Ingredients
 

  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic gloves crushed
  • 1 cup diced bacon
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 pork roast
  • 4 tbsp gravy powder

Instructions
 

  • Place onion, bacon, garlic, salt and pepper in the slow cooker. Place pork roast on top. Pour in chicken stock. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Take roast out of slow cooker, remove string and fat. Place gravy in slow cooker and stir. Place roast back in slow cooker and shred with two forks. Put lid back on and cook for another hour.
