Ingredients
1 sheet frozen shortcrust pastry, defrosted
1 brown onion finely diced
1 cup diced ham
300mL cream (or milk)
5 eggs
3/4 cup grated cheese
Instructions
Line slow cooker with pastry.
Add onion and ham.
Whisk eggs and cream together then pour over onion and ham.
Sprinkle cheese on top then cook on low overnight (5hrs)
When done, cool with tea towel under the lid.
