Line cooker with baking paper and turn on HIGH (check manual for dry cooking)
Combine breadcrumbs and herbs in a bowl
Crack egg in a separate bowl and mix
Cut/slice fish fillets into bite sized pieces or strips
Coat fish individually with egg baste using a brush
Roll individually in crumb mix to coat well and set aside
Repeat till fish pieces are exhausted
Place coated fish bites into lined and preheated cooker leaving a gap between each piece
Use lid with tea towel under and folded up over top
Cook for 1 hour on HIGH turning after 30 minutes.
Serve with fresh salad
