Ingredients
1 red onion, sliced
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
500g mushrooms, sliced
10 beef sausages, cut in half
400g tomatoes, chopped
250mls beef or vegetable stock
4 tblspns gravy powder
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
Pinch cracked pepper
Instructions
Place sausages in slow cooker bowl
Scatter onions and mushrooms over sausages
Whisk gravy powder with stock in a jug/bowl
Add tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, and pepper to gravy mix
Pour gravy over sausages
Cook on low for 5-6hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc)
