• Whisk all ingredients well to ensure they are well combined with the egg
• Pour batter into a coffee cup
• Add 1cm warm water into your slow cooker and gently sit cup in water
• Cover with teatowel (Tea Towel Trick) and cook on HIGH for 55mins

Notes

• You could multiply by however many cups you need :)
• Each mug cake is about half full in a standard mug
• Produces a moist dessert like mug cake
