Ingredients
3 green apples, peeled, cored & sliced thinly
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water
3 sheets puff pastry
1 egg for eggwash
Instructions
Put brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cinnamon sugar into a large bowl and mix together.
Add the peeled apples and mix the spices all over the apples
Place into the sc'er and pour 1/4 cup water over the top
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon lemon juice over the top
Turn on High for 1:15
Once time is up, drain the liquid off and let the apple cool down
Cut puff pastry into two triangles (1 cut diagonally) and place about 1/3 - 1/2 cup of apples in the middle of each piece of puff pastry.
Fold the edges over fully sealing the triangle and put 3 fork holes in the top
Place into an oven on 200 degrees for 20 minutes (This may vary depending on which puff pastry you use)
