Ingredients
1.5kg pork roast
1 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tinned apricot halves in juice
1 apple diced
1/4 pkt french onion soup
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup honey
Gravox to thicken (I used chicken)
Instructions
Place everything into slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours and low for 4 hours.
Take out meat and place in a hot oven for approximately 1 hour or until crackle is done.
Puree the sauce and thicken with some gravox.
Serve with your fav roast veg
