Ingredients
4 chicken breast fillets
100g Camembert cheese
4 rashers bacon
Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly
Remove any fat from chicken breasts
Slice into chicken breast using a sharp knife to form a 'pocket'
Cut Camembert into four equal parts
Place one section of cheese into each breast pocket
Wrap breast by rolling along bacon rasher and fix in place using two toothpicks
Place into cooker insert ensuring the breast pockets are facing UP so you don't lose the cheesy goodness
Turn cooker on HIGH for up to FOUR hours
