Ingredients
1kg Diced Lamb
4 diced large carrots
4 diced celery stalks
1 tin chickpeas, drained
2 tins diced tomatoes
1 tin condensed tomato soup
1 tin lentils
4 diced onions
2 cups sliced mushrooms
4 rashers diced bacon
2 cups dry pasta
8 cups beef stock
1 diced zucchini
2 tsp black mustard seeds
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander seeds
4 tsp smokey paprika
2 gloves minced garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown lamb and add to slow cooker,
lightly fry onion, bacon and mushrooms and add to slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients except pasta to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
1 hour before finish, add pasta. Serve with fresh crusty bread.
