Ingredients
4 (about 2kgs) lamb shanks
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 x 275g jar of cranberry sauce
125mL (1/2 cup) red wine
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons rosemary leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Season lamb shanks with salt and pepper
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar
3. Place lamb shanks in the slow cooker and pour wet ingredients over the top, cook on low
4. Enjoy 6 hours later with your favourite vegies -make sure they only cook for 6 hours and do not become too mushy, yet still fall off the bone
