Ingredients
Pound (0.5kg) of lean beef steak mince
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Tin of condensed cream of tomato soup
One medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 heaped teaspoon of English mustard
2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
1 beef stock cube dissolved in half a cup of boiling water
2 tablespoons of instant beef gravy
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen hash browns to cover (about 10)
Grated cheese (approx 100g)
Instructions
Mix everything together apart from hash browns and cheese.
Transfer to slow cooker.
Top with hash browns.
Cook on LOW for 3 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
Tea Towel Trick
Top with grated cheese and cook for another half an hour.
Brown under grill if desired.
