Crunchy Peanut Butter Top Deck Fudge
A delicious, indulgent peanut butter & chocolate fudge-a match made in heaven

Total Time 2 hours hrs 15 minutes mins
- For the base:
- 2 tins of condensed milk
- 250g milk chocolate (I used Cadbury)
- 400g of Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

- For the top:
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 500g of white chocolate (I used Cadbury 'Dream')
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

- 1 tablespoon melted crunchy peanut butter
For the base:
Put chocolate, vanilla essence and peanut butter in the slow cooker on HIGH until melted.
Stir occasionally.
Add the condensed milk and cook on HIGH for 45 Minutes, or until done, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
Once done, put in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

The melted peanut butter:
While the white chocolate is cooking, put 1 tablespoon of Crunchy Peanut Butter in a small bowl and microwave until melted. Set aside.

Take the tray with the bottom mixture out of the fridge and pour white chocolate mix over the top. Smooth it over like you are icing a cake!
'Flick' melted Peanut butter on top of white chocolate with a spoon.
Put in the fridge to set (4-6 hours) Cut into small pieces and enjoy this original creation from my kitchen
