Ingredients
600grm cooked BBQ chicken
1ltr Thai real soup stock
4 spring onions
400g tin cream corn
125g kernel corn
3 Small potatoes
1 small jalapeño
Instructions
Cut potatoes into small qubs
Dice Spring onions and jalapeño
Shred chicken
Place all ingredients into slow cooker on high for 3-4 hrs
