Ingredients
500 grams sausage meat
1 spring onion,
3 cups fresh bread crumbs (estimated)
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/5 of a leek
2 cans diced tomatoes
pinch of Cumin
pinch of mixed herbs
pinch of fennel seeds
Instructions
Add sausage meat, bread crumbs, garlic, cumin, fennel, mixed herbs, sweet chilli sauce and leek to a bowl,
Cut spring onion into rings and add to the meat mix
Roll meat ball mixture into 3cm balls and carefully place into slow cooker
Add the 2 cans of diced tomatoes to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours
Serve with fettuccine
Prep time and cook time may vary on sizes and the type of slow cooker
Note
You cannot taste the leek in this recipe so it would be great for getting veges into kids
